As an AI Knowledge Management Intern, you'll craft an AI assistant to audit, rewrite, and streamline HR content, and collaborate with experts to invent a reusable AI toolkit for adoption across HR teams.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a graduate or PhD degree or equivalent experience in Information Science, Knowledge Management, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Technical Communication, Data Science, Information Systems, Cognitive Science, Library Science, or English
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- Curiosity about AI tools and their applications in content creation, writing, or automation
- Exposure to Knowledge Management tools such as: SharePoint or ServiceNow
- Experience with data organization, documentation, or writing
- Comfortable learning new tools and experimenting independently
- Interest in human-centered development, HR, or knowledge management
