Blueprint is seeking a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide customers through the deployment and configuration of their ServiceNow or Workday AI agent platforms. The role involves troubleshooting, coaching internal SMEs, and providing customer workshops to improve connector reliability and performance. Blueprint focuses on solving complex problems with technology and values unique perspectives from all employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years hands-on with ServiceNow or Workday integrations (APIs, configuration, workflows/BPs, data mapping).
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
- Deep knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0/OIDC, SAML/SSO, service accounts, certificates).
- 2+ years with conversational AI/agent platforms or extensions.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills (runbooks, playbooks, diagrams).
- Proven customer-facing delivery background.
