This role is for a Customer Health Assurance Strategist within the Customer Excellence Group, ServiceNow's Customer Health Assurance team. The focus is on working with customers to improve adoption, satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships through solution design, understanding needs, orchestrating integrations, and advocating for customer needs. The position is part of an Enterprise Architects team and involves working with both Sales and Technology teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of related work experience
- Experience leading large, enterprise transformation programs
- Experience working with the ServiceNow Platform
- Knowledge of enterprise integration service-oriented architectures and microservices
- Experience working with sales support and services teams
- Ability to work at 30% of the time
- Knowledge of security data privacy and data governance
