The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support the IT department and beyond. This role involves ITSM module development, system integration with existing systems, and supporting developers in implementing new solutions. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, web technologies, and ITIL Framework is essential.

Requirements
