This full-time position requires a ServiceNow Assistant Manager to manage ServiceNow proposals, effort estimation, and present KPMG's value proposition to prospective clients. The role involves independent effort estimation and proposal presentation within ServiceNow platform, strong communication, and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Experience creating ServiceNow proposals
- Experience responding to ServiceNow RFP's
- Experience creating effort estimation for proposals
- Strong Presentation skills (for ServiceNow proposals)
- Good Excel skills
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong Verbal/Written communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage complex ITSM tool deployments
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong Organizational skills
