Yara is seeking a Customer Support and Service Agent to join the Customer Services area, promoting a positive experience for customers and driving innovation. The agent will manage order fulfillment, respond to customer inquiries, and provide after-sales support. The role involves collaboration with clients and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • Colarity, initiative, curiosity, ownership and respect for differences
  • Studying at an advanced level in Administration, Process Management or related areas
  • Experience in Customer Services/Shared Service Center/Dedicated Customer Service/Customer Support with Multichannel (ServiceNow, Chat and Phone)
  • Excel knowledge (basic)
  • Backoffice knowledge
