G-P is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage and optimize global employee benefits programs for a remote-first team. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing new initiatives, and providing expert guidance to employees, customers, and stakeholders. This position focuses on APAC benefits and data management, with a focus on enhancing employee well-being and aligning with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or related fields
- Professional HR or benefits certification (a plus)
- In-depth understanding of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and confidentiality skills
- Experience with Workday, Google Suite, ServiceNow, Jira, ADP, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar software
