The Senior Associate, Cyber Operations will build, operate, and enhance an extended security orchestration and automation (XSOAR) tool, ensuring swift and effective incident handling and asset protection. This role involves incident management, threat hunting, vulnerability assessment, and data security monitoring, with a focus on using intelligence to mitigate threats and develop preventative measures. The position requires collaboration with internal tech groups to contribute to strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Utilize expertise in IT security, security operations, and incident response
• Experience implementing processes in cybersecurity monitoring and incident response using XSOAR products
• Scripting or automation experience (plus ServiceNow)
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to participate in resource planning and project estimation
