Corporate Counsel Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Risk Mitigation

ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Counsel with litigation experience to assist with litigation matters, disputes, investigations, and the implementation of risk mitigation policies. The role involves case management, discovery, and advising stakeholders on legal issues. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school (or foreign equivalent)
• Current membership in a US state bar in good standing
• 5+ years of litigation experience at a highly regarded law firm or in house legal department
• Strong familiarity with e-discovery software and platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand complex issues and provide actionable legal advice
