The Cyber Product Managing Director will lead strategic product management for security solutions across the bank's global technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for cybersecurity products supporting critical banking operations.
  • Align product initiatives with enterprise security strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite.
  • Partner with technology and business stakeholders to prioritize control coverage and integration across platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee technology lifecycle for cybersecurity tools.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a best-in-class security posture.
  • Drive engineering work streams to deliver control outcomes and automation capabilities.
  • Apply agile and project management methodologies for timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Lead budget planning and develop business cases for product investments.
  • Oversee resource allocation and team capacity planning to meet strategic goals.
