Data Analyst (Fixed Term)

Data Analyst (Fixed Term) position at E.ON Business Services Cluj, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Requirements

• University Degree (Business/IT)
• Minimum 1 year of adequate working experience in License management area
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and IT service management
• Experience in SW License management area related to compliance calculation and measurement in Flexera tool
• Software asset management process knowledge is preferred
• English (professional, written and spoken)
• German language would be an advantage
• ServiceNow (service agent level), SAP, Flexera FNMS, SQL DB knowledge, Power BI
• MS Office: Expert - Outlook, Excel, Word, Expert – Access
