We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support one of our clients based on-site location. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach and be eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance.

Requirements

  • Software installation / deployment
  • Desktop/Laptop/VDI build, configuration and deployment to end users
  • Asset and peripheral deployments
  • In depth investigation into issues to pass back to 3rd line support
  • Assisting the 2nd Line support team with laptop, desktop and VDI terminals support calls
  • Hardware installation / upgrade / break fix for desktop, laptop, and server
  • Smartphone support (Android & iOS)
  • VIP support
  • Service Desk cover as required
  • Assisting with customer projects
