VSO is hiring motivated individuals for Desktop Support in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role involves providing Workstation Software Break Fix support, PC Install, Image Loads, Asset Recovery, Client Center Support, and IT Service Management updates to clients and contribute to the smooth operation of workstations. Training will be provided for new hires.
Requirements
- Previous working experience in Desktop Support is desired
- Knowledge of PC Imaging
- Experience with change management and incident management
- Experience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
- Must be within driving distance of Fort Wayne and willing to work onsite
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs or ramps
- Must be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces

Requirements Summary
