As a Finance Transformation Consultant at EY, you’ll help design agile, future-ready finance functions that are intelligent, data-driven, and connected. You’ll leverage the latest innovations to help organizations gain insight, boost efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience delivering finance transformation, in consulting or industry.
  • Strong academic background, ideally a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience improving transactional processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report) and/or FP&A.
  • Experience with leading finance and analytics platforms: SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Power BI, ServiceNow, HighRadius, or similar.
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation projects, including: ERP or Business Performance Management implementations as a finance or FP&A subject matter expert, Reporting transformation using Business Intelligence, data analytics, and visualization tools, Program/project management for enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or AI/GenAI integration.
