ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Americas Sales Strategy & Operations to lead strategic initiatives and improve operational execution across the Americas. This senior-level role focuses on forecasting, pipeline management, and driving business results while aligning strategic priorities with execution plans. The Director will partner with multiple teams to optimize sales performance and streamline processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, GTM Operations, or Management Consulting within enterprise software.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • Proven track record in driving forecasting, pipeline analytics, and sales performance governance.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong command of metrics and business modeling.
  • Executive-level communication and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on operator comfortable balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.
