Requirements
- Execute risk assessments and contract lifecycle activities using Coupa Risk Assess and Icertis
- Manage contract records, amendments, renewals, and terminations in Icertis, including coordination with Legal and Procurement team
- Lead onboarding processes for new vendors and resources
- Stay current on Microsoft product updates, collaborate with stakeholders to address risks, and provide training to ensure compliance
- Manage Distribution List (DL) requests including the creation, modification, and decommissioning of DLs through ServiceNow tickets

Requirements Summary
