End User Computing I

Pathward is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic End User Computing I to support technology services and ensure excellent customer experience. The role involves providing technical support, participating in product development, installing/configuring workstations, performing system integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders. Pathward is a financial empowerment company dedicated to financial inclusion, focused on providing innovative and secure financial products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Up to 2+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory
• AutoPilot imaging, JAMF, ServiceNow (preferred)
• Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
