This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable platforms to streamline global mobility, workforce management, and tax planning, empowering clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud-based solutions, product development, and leadership within the technology space.

Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of experience in a leadership role, managing development teams
• Experience delivering global scale technology solutions
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• Extensive understanding of software architecture and engineering principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Expertise in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of security best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
