Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems

This role involves managing the relationship between the Law Enforcement business team and internal IS&T engineering resources. It focuses on project request submission, status calls, system project completion, and user acceptance testing. The engineer will drive adoption of new software products and facilitate software solutions to manage law enforcement processing requests.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript.
• 5+ years experience writing business requirements for a variety of solutions.
• Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.).
• Awareness of multiple API technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.).
• Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
