Enterprise Systems Architect

TSI is seeking an Enterprise Systems Architect with proven expertise in ServiceNow deployment and management and ERP integration. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain enterprise systems that enable operational efficiency and strategic business transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and developing on ServiceNow (ServiceNow Certified)
• SAP Certified with strong experience in ECC6 and S/4HANA migration, integration, and support
• Demonstrated experience in process workshopping, system design, development, testing, and CI/CD implementation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business, finance, HR, sales, and marketing teams
• Proven experience integrating systems using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), or ETL tools
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and enterprise service management frameworks
