The ServiceNow GDN Associate Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of the IT department and potentially business owners. This role involves understanding web development technologies, ITSM frameworks, and service implementation best practices. The consultant will work closely with developers and business stakeholders to improve system integration and platform configuration.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- Excellent attention to details and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax
- ITIL/ServiceNow certifications (a plus)
