Johnson Controls is a global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings. We are seeking an HR Ops Specialist to provide assistance and processing of HR processes, maintain employee profiles and data, and contribute to the development of internal processes.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a human resources role
- Hands-on experience with Workday Software (minimum 2-3 years)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Sound knowledge of eProcurement systems such as Oracle, Ariba (added advantage)
- Flexible shifts to support EMEA
