CPT is seeking an experienced IT Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations and ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of their corporate network and systems. This role will be the sole IT administrator at the Orlando office, responsible for internal helpdesk/ticketing management, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, endpoint and network security, and compliance with NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, and CMMC Level 2 requirements. The position offers the opportunity to lead and build a helpdesk and IT support team and formalize IT policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of hands-on IT operations experience
- 3+ years in a lead or management role
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Demonstrated knowledge of NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, and CMMC 2.0 controls
- Experience with system security plans (SSPs) and POA&Ms
- Familiarity with data loss prevention (DLP), endpoint protection, and MFA security tools
- Proven experience implementing and managing ticketing/helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
