This role focuses on providing technical ownership of the IT Service Management platform, administering and configuring the platform, managing user accounts, and ensuring compliance with IT security standards. Requirements
- 4+ years of ITSM tool administration experience
- Familiarity with Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and workflow automations
- Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation
