This role focuses on managing and resolving Performance and instance availability issues for ServiceNow Technical Support. The Performance Support Engineer will be the last point of escalation, mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance. The position requires strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills, including being available outside normal business hours and a commitment to high-value customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience with AI integration into workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell.
  • Advanced Unix/Linux experience.
  • Understanding of network and system administration.
