Lead System Engineer - MS Azure, M365 & DKIM/DMARC/SPF

Blue Yonder is the proven leader in AI/ML-driven supply chain and retail solutions. The Lead System Engineer role will support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on secure email architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, and data governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or engineering related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of work experience enterprise IT environments with a focus on Microsoft 365 and email security
• Proven experience administering Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Purview modules
• 1+ year working experience with Azure Cloud
• Basic knowledge on any scripting like Python, Bash Shell, PowerShell, etc.
• Ability to interact with various levels of professionals
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to act independently to drive IT goals and changes
• Advanced troubleshooting methodology
• Ability to judge priorities and adjust their work accordingly
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Understanding of M365 compliance, data retention, and governance best practices
• Good Knowledge on ticketing tools like ServiceNow
