Requirements

• Provide support for resolution of business service requests and incidents
• Assist with the implementation, continuous improvement and documentation of new and existing policies, procedures and processes for supported applications
• Work with IT management to establish and review the processes, techniques, and methods by the technical support team to provide exceptional support and services to internal customers
• Make decisions quickly, often with limited information, based on a solid understanding of finance process policies and best practices
• Identify tech support problem areas for improvement and, if warranted, implement corrective actions
• Drive the importance of effective customer service ensuring they are the cultural cornerstones of a professional work environment
• Support management of key relationships (Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT) to ensure services are aligned and delivered to business requirements
• Ensure service levels are met and measure performance against them
• Support adoption of best practices through the entire IT Business Applications support process
• Maintain knowledge base of supported systems functionality, customization and integration
