On-Site Services IT Support in Part-Time (m/f/d)

We're looking for an On-Site Services IT Support in Part-Time (m/f/d) to design, operate, and maintain our IT infrastructure. You will support employees on site, process customer inquiries, receive and store goods, and provide training and support.

Requirements

• Completed training in the field of IT and first professional experience in IT support and customer service
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11, MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), networked PC environments, and remote access (WLAN, DSL)
• Experience with service management systems such as ServiceNow
• Excellent communication skills in German (written and spoken) and good English knowledge
• Customer-oriented approach, helpfulness, and reliability
