OTC Configuration Lead

Build your best future with the Johnson Controls team. We are seeking a seasoned OTC Configuration Lead with over 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution module.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD module with strong support background
• In-depth knowledge of SD processes: order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and returns
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, and third-party integrations
• Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI, WM)
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to SD
• Understanding of SD account assignment and revenue recognition process
• Experience with SAP SD user exists
• S4 HANA experience
• Conduct unit testing and support UAT
• Hands on Experience with Pricing, Basis SD configurations, Delivery and Billing areas
• Ability to handle multiple Change requests and enhancements
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stake holders based out of different geography
• Experience with like ServiceNow ticketing tools and JIRA (project coordination)
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
