The Principal Technical Consultant - CRM & Industry Workflows will guide clients through the implementation of ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. The role requires deep expertise in field service management, customer service workflows, and technical skills such as creating architectural designs and integration strategies.
Requirements
- Deep consulting, configuration, and implementation of complex technologies
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and technical roadmaps
- Proven track record in designing and implementing CSM and FSM solutions
- Proficiency in creating architectural designs, solution presentations, and integration strategies
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Experience with SaaS technologies
- Mandatory certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM and TSOM (within 90 days), Certified Technical Architect (within first year)
