The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing administrative, procurement, and coordination support for county projects. This role assists the Director of Project Management and facilitates project documentation, manages smaller-scale projects, and maintains Project Management Information Systems. All employment offers are contingent upon background checks and verification of required credentials.

Requirements

  • Apply project management methodologies to multiple active projects.
  • Manage tasks and deadlines in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience working in County and/or municipal government.
  • Ability to work remotely.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in related field. 2+ years project management experience. Valid Texas Class C driver's license required.
