Project Manager

GD Resources is seeking a Project Manager to support ITS-managed software for MENA compliance. The role involves managing complex IT projects within scope, budget, and quality standards for New York State agencies, collaborating with multiple teams and agencies. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in project/program management and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Develop and manage project management plans and oversee project lifecycle.
• Conducting Scrum Sessions and managing stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and project scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid PMP and CSM certifications are required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
