Provide L2/L3 support for the SAP PP module, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests according to SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, and capacity planning.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as an SAP PP Functional Consultant in support or AMS projects
- Strong understanding of Discrete Manufacturing, Process Industries, or Repetitive Manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in Master Data Management (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Version)
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning), production order lifecycle, and capacity leveling
- Good understanding of integration points with MM, SD, QM, PM, and CO modules
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira)
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP (Advanced Planning, MRP Live, Fiori apps) is an advantage
