The Senior ServiceNow Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include developing ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, etc.), implementation and writing technical design documents, and knowledge of web technologies. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow
- Experience with REST API / webservice / JSON
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
