This Senior ServiceNow GDN Consultant role involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs and support other developers. The ideal candidate will have strong integration skills, experience with different modules, and a proactive approach to implementation. Hands-on ServiceNow implementation and strong knowledge of ITSM process are key requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
Requirements Summary
3+ years of ServiceNow experience. ServiceNow implementation and development experience with 3-5 full implementations. Strong web and communication skills
