We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst - IT Support. This role will be based in Milan and will provide support for technology assets, manage incidents, and provide training on IT tools. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT services, good knowledge of Windows operating system and laptop hardware, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Analyze and resolve first- and second-level incidents
  • Prepare, provide support, and deliver laptops and phones used by our employees
  • Manage escalated incidents or requests requiring higher technical expertise or the involvement of subject matter experts internationally
  • Monitor activities using our internal incident management tool ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with international IT teams and participate in migrations and rollouts

Requirements Summary
