Senior Consultant - Artificial Intelligence - NowAssist

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for NowAssist within ServiceNow, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of intelligent automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s AI and machine learning capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including at least 1 year focused on NowAssist, AI, or automation modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, AI/ML capabilities, and integration methods.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflow automation, and virtual agent configuration.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow AI projects for enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
