Dahlgren Naval Surface Warfare Center is seeking a Senior Customer Tech Support Specialist (Help Desk Manager) to provide on-site support to Corporate Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) network users and other code 1042 customers. The role involves desktop support, phone support for RDT&E connectivity issues, IP address management, and the maintenance of a Help Desk mailbox. This is an on-site position contingent on contract award.

Requirements

  • DOD Top Secret Security Clearance
  • CWF designation IAT Level III Certification
  • 6 years of similar professional experience in DoD or Federal environments with help desk tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
  • IT Level 1 designation with T5/T5R investigation
