This position is for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant responsible for implementation and transformation projects. The role involves designing technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, leading initiatives, and mentoring other team members. The candidate needs strong communication and analytical skills to drive customer service and teamwork. Ideally, the candidate should have experience with Agile methodology.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhanced or managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
