Senior Hyperscaler GTM Operations Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Hyperscaler GTM Operations Manager to support the Director in delivering strategic GTM programs. This role focuses on reporting, analysis, program coordination, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Enablement teams to drive pipeline growth and partner success. The position involves executing program tracking, data analysis, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 12+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Program/Project Management, Business Operations, or a related role within technology or enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and the lead-to-cash lifecycle, with experience supporting initiatives across sales, marketing, or partner organizations.
