Requirements

- Ability to obtain a Public Trust (4 or more years of experience)
- Associate’s degree in a technical field (or 4+ years experience with an Associate's degree)
- Four or more years’ experience with Windows 7/10 operating systems
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent platform
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
