Senior Manager, Finance ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (mid-to-senior level) to build and lead our ServiceNow capability within Finance. In this role, you will own the business development and administration of the ServiceNow platform, from maintaining and enhancing workflows that drive digital transformation for Finance processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape our ServiceNow roadmap within Finance and grow into a team lead, guiding junior members in the near future.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow development in enterprise environments
• Has strong experience working in the Insurance Industry and Finance
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data schema, scoped applications, and APIs
• Strong experience with finance-related process automation (e.g. invoicing, budgeting workflows)
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) — Required
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — Preferred
