Senior Release Engineer (IT)

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Senior Release Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This is a hands-on technical role focused on build and release management (environment management - build & refresh, DevOps/DevSecOps, Release Management) embedding security and AI-driven automation into our delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Release engineering, DevOps, and environment management.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Shell Script, JavaScript and Java or a similar object-oriented language.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Harness), Git-based workflows, and branching strategies.
• Experience with security and code quality tools.
• Exposure to environment refresh/masking for enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira.
• Exposure to application architecture and working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Microservices is preferred.
• Hands-on AI Fluency - pair and delegated programming, AI for productivity and automation; Exposure to building agents is good-to-have.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
