NTT DATA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will focus on both software asset management and ITOM, alongside providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Manage software asset management, including hardware asset management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning.
