SEEK is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join its BAU team, responsible for solutioning, development and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform. The role involves providing technical guidance to junior developers, promoting development best practices, and maintaining clear documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer certifications
- Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications – ITSM / HRSD/ ITOM
- Experience with Employee Center Portal development, including custom widgets, theming, catalog items, and user experience enhancements
- Experience with the NOW Mobile application, including configuration, branding, and extending mobile capabilities
- Experience performing platform upgrades and cloning activities
