Senior Software Engineer - UI

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to its Global Cloud Services organization. This role involves building and maintaining scalable, reliable cloud Observability tools using AI-enhanced UX, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to the design and implementation of new products. The position requires approximately 90% UI development and 10% backend development, demanding a strong focus on high-quality code and integration with AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging AI for decision-making or problem-solving.
• 1+ years of experience in software engineering, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles.
• Deep knowledge of Javascript, AJAX, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java or a similar object-oriented language.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software quality principles
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
