Senior Software Engineer

Chubb is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its ServiceNow team in Hyderabad, India, as part of a Cloud Infrastructure project for application support. The role focuses on improving production stability and performance through automation and modern technology adoption. This is a technical role supporting an on-shore/offshore development team within a hybrid working environment.

Requirements

• Monitor and support application performance
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Develop and maintain documentation and ETL pipelines
• Analyze production issues and collaborate with development teams
• Support data migration and data warehousing solutions
• Manage data workflows and communication with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Python/PySpark, Databricks, Java, or Angular
• Strong problem-solving skills
