Senior Technical Writer

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to collaborate with engineering and product management on user-focused documentation for multiple product features. The role involves strategic content planning, writing, and contribution to the content development process. This is an on-site position based in Bangalore, India.

Requirements

• 4+ years work experience in technical communication
• Understanding of content development life cycles and processes
• Experience authoring in the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) or another XML-based structured authoring architecture
• Ability to independently plan, create, and deliver documentation in a fast-paced software development environment
• Leadership and collaboration skills
