We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sales tools and systems. This role is critical in enabling the sales organization to meet supplier and partner requirements efficiently while driving productivity, compliance, and data integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of sales processes and tools, especially in the opportunity-to-close cycle
- Experience with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Proficiency with Salesforce, DocuSign, Cirrus, sales productivity, and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)
