Service Delivery Specialist

Bunge is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to support and improve its Business Technology (BT) services. This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of BT systems, managing various aspects of IT operations, and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to addressing potential BT challenges.

Requirements

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and replace hardware and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and configure network devices.
• Manage ITIL framework and best practices.
• Provide support for specific BT equipment/systems.
• Lead/Participate in IT projects (upgrades, migrations, deployments).
• Manage BT asset refresh, refreshing assets like laptops and servers.
• Experience with project management and leadership.
